In most cases, you can access and make changes to your data from directly within your Airpoints™ account. For other privacy issues or requests, we're here to help.
We want it to be easy for you to take control of your data and access the information you need. If you're an Airpoints™ member, requests and changes are generally quick and easy to make in your account without having to write to us. If you're unable to access or change what you want via your account, or if you don't have an account, you can make a request using the form below.
